Title: The Golden Compass

I have watched a movie recently. The title is ”THE GOLDEN COMPASS”. This movie is very interesting and we can get the value from it. It is the movie review :

The story is about Lyra Belaqua adventure. In Lyra’s world, there are many worlds parallel each other, so many worlds, but all connecting with dust. In her world, people are walking with their daemon. A dogmatic ruling power called Magisterium will separate the children with their daemon.

Lyra meets Mrs. Coultler at dinner and will taking her to North as her assistant. Before she is going with Mrs. Coulter, the master of the college give her an alethiometer or a golden compass and the master remind her to hidden it. Nobody can read the alethiometer except her, because it is a magic compass who can give information what I want.

In the Mrs. Coulter house, Lyra mentions 'space dust'. Mrs. Coulter warns her never to mention it again. Lyra refuses to remove her shoulder bag which holds the golden compass. Mrs. Coulter's daemon attacks Pan (Lyra’s daemon), causing Lyra don't want to give in. Lyra fined a letter from Gobbler (the magistarium organization), then she is run out from there and the Gyptian save her.

At a Norwegian port, Lyra is meeting with a cowboy aeronaut named Le Coresby, who advises her to hire an armored bear. The giant bear is Lorek Byrnison.He has been tricked out of his armour by the local townspeople, for whom he now performs menial jobs for buckets of whisky. Using the alethiometer Lyra tells Lorek where to find his armor. Armored again, the fearsome Lorek and his friend Lee Scoresby join the trek northward. That night while riding on Lorek's back, Lyra finds Billy and he was separated from his daemon and brings his back to his mother. Lyra and Lorek went to bears king Ragnar to retake his throne, and they succeed. Although Lorek has become a king, he always remained loyal to Lyra.

In the end of the film is, Lyra can save all of the children and she is known that Mrs. Coulter and her uncle Lord Asriel are her parents.

From this movie I got a moral value that is ffaithful and loyalty,it is like the king Lorek. Although Lorek has become a king, but he remained loyal, keep, and protect Lyra from Tartar attack. From this,we can learn about faithful to someone,eventhough we have been a successful one.

Save the Future

The story is about a family who live in Chicago, U.S. they are a happy family. George and Catherine as parents is extraordinary scientist.  They have found many wonderful experiments which have benefit for all people. They have two sons, James and Jimmy. James is 15 and Jimmy 13. They are smart boys.

One day, George and Catherine attend international conference of scientist in German. James and Jimmy have planned since two years ago, want to make an experiment about something that can help them to bring them into their future.

After their parents go, they go into their parent’s lab. They reaction many kind of chemist but they do not know what they mix. After mixturing, the result in a kind of liquid and they try to put it into their car. James and Jimmy go into the car and then turn on the car. Car gives unexpected reaction. Suddenly, is fast moving and the speed is more than light speed. It brings them to their future.

James and Jimmy are in 7 years later. Suddenly, they look their parents are being watch by black agents. They parents are makes biology weapon which can cause die. George and Catherine are faced or they will kill. James and Jimmy have just twelve hour to save their parents live, they must back before the time is over or they cannot back again. Because of that, they have to find the secret agent and kill all of them. After that, they have to divorce the leader of secret agent and put him into the jail. After all mission finished they must back to their time. Before they are back, the government gives them achievement because they have saved the world.

My personality

I think I am sociable enough, because I can enjoy being with other people. Then, I am nervous if I am talking in public and fell embarrassed, so what should I do? Do you have any suggestion to me? And then, I think I am supportive because my friends like to share to me. Then, I sometimes forgetful and careless.

Problem in the City

Dear Editor:

The city has too many people and cars. Because a lot of people are using cars, it makes the city has air pollution and traffic jam problems. The air pollution makes respiration problems and other daises with parvenu, and then the traffic jam can make some people come late to their works, school, and other people schedule, because it is making peoples spend their time on the road. So, there should be less the cars, build a subway system and also need more parking spaces to solve city’s problem.

In the city, there are not enough places to take children, because of that the children can not playing in the out door.  So, the city should build more parks to take the children. Besides, in the city has too much crime and accidents, because there are few police officers.  I suggest to the government should be hired more the police officer and traffic sign.

About Favorite Activities

I love go swimming! I really go swimming pool once a week. I usually go in the Sunday morning. I get up early in the morning, and go running for about 15 minutes, and then I enter to the pool.

I love go swimming, although I can’t swimming very well. Because, go swimming my body is fresh, and I like playing with water.

My dreams

When I was child, I had some dreams. I want to be a doctor, a stewardess, an ambassador, and a teacher. Since airplane accident almost always happened in our country, my desire to become a stewardess disappeared from my mind.

          Now, I want to be a lecture and ambassador, so after graduation from S1 program I want to continue my study to magistar program. Then, I have a plane to study abroad.

          I have a plan to trip some place in world, like French, England, Netherlands and Sydney. After that, I plan to live in Sidney, because in this city there are various parks, such as Hyde Park, Royal Botanical Gardens and national parks. In addition, with the Sydney Harbor, make this city as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. That's why I wanted to live in this city. Then I plan to settle and build homes for my children there.
